Before coming to Hyderabad, Shri Mohanaiah was heading NABARD West Bengal
Regional Office as Chief General Manager since April 2007. Mr Mohanaiah who is a
Postgraduate in Economics from Osmania University bring with him a rich and varied
experience in Banking & Rural Development. He started his career as a Branch
Manager in Nagarjuna Grameena Bank in Khammam district of Andhra Pradesh. Over
the years, he served in Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, Reserve
Bank of India (RBI) and NABARD in various capacities |

Nearly three decades of experience has taken him to the states of Maharashtra,
Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, North Eastern States and West Bengal. Mr. Mohanaiah has
worked in Department of Supervision, Department for Cooperative Reforms & Revival
which is implementing the Revival Package for Short term Cooperative Credit Structure
(STCCS) as per the recommendations of the Vaidyanathan Committee Report in the
country. He has introduced Swanirbhar Sahayak Prakalpa (WBSSP) interest subsidy
scheme for Self Help Groups, financing of Joint Liability Groups, securing financial
inclusion in West Bengal.
During the course of his service in NABARD, Mr. Mohanaiah has visited Germany,
China, Phillipines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka etc. to study the rural credit structure and
functioning of Cooperative Credit Institutions in these countries. |

Mr. A. Ramesh is the Senior
Vice President of APIDC Venture Capital Limited,
and has extensive experience in Production,
R&D, Project Appraisals, Monitoring and

He is a B.Tech, from REC, Warangal and MBA
from IIM, Bangalore. Through out his educational
career, he stood within top three positions. |

He started his career as Chemical Engineer,
Bhabha Atomic Research Center (BARC) in the
year 1978. |
| He also worked as Scientific Officer, Reactor
Research Center, Kalpakkam. Subsequently he
worked with Bakelite Hylam. |

He joined APIDC in 1988 and worked in the
Projects appraisals division till 1991. He
was sent on deputation to APIDC-VCL in 1991.
He continued till 1995 when APIDC-VCL was
privatized. |

After the privatization, at the request
of Private Management, he quit APIDC and joined
APIDC-VCL as Vice President. He underwent
a training program conducted by the World
Bank in USA in October 1996 for venture capitalists
in India. |

Mr. Ramesh is also a Consultant to Asian
Development Bank (ADB) / Food and Agricultural
Organization (FAO) and carried out a study
in Bangladesh for the feasibility of Venture
Capital. |

Ravindra has interest in spiritual learning and endeavors to enable the same
to the corporate. He sits on the board of various large corporate in India
on behalf of IDBI Bank. |

expanded the capacity to 200 TPD by FY 2000. |

harmonious industrial relations and excellent co-ordination
with financial institutions and governmental agencies. |

As President of All India Agro Paper Mills Association,
Mr. Rao has successfully negotiated with Finance
Ministry for dual slab excise duty structure for
