He took active part in the expansion and modernization project of Coastal Papers which gave him significant insights into project implementation activities. |

Mr. P.V. Sarma is heading the Finance & Treasury functions in Naturol. He is also responsible for MIS, Budgeting & Costing related activities of the Company. |

He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with more than 13 years of Industry experience in large manufacturing sector, Majorly focused in Corporate treasury management, MIS and Budgeting. |
|
His association with M/s. Aurobindo Pharma Ltd based in Hyderabad about 4 years has honed his skills in Managing Finance and Treasury. |
|
During his tenure in Aurobindo Pharma Ltd, he was actively involved in Managing Export Finance apart from the day-to-day working capital requirements. This apart he also has gained good knowledge in Forex Management. |
|
His previous employment as Finance Controller with Transpaper (T) Ltd., Paper Trading Company based in East Africa., Tanzania & Uganda. In Transpaper, he was totally controlling the Finance, Accounts and Audit functions. |

His long stint and exposure in large professionally managed companies and MNC has given good insight in introducing and implementing Accounting systems and controls. |

| Mr. M.Venkateswara Rao is an Oil Technologist having 23 years of experience in Oleo Chemical Industry in India as well as abroad. | | Prior to Naturol, he worked with Anchor Daewoo Industries Limited, Kutch, Gujarat, the project comprising of 150 TPD Fatty Acid Plant, Glycerin Distillation and 100 TPD Toilet Manufacturing Complex. | | He also worked in East Africa as Technical Manager for Oleo Chemical and Paint Manufacturing Unit. | | He is having vast experience in processing of Pharmaceutical grade Glycerine. | | He is also having experience in Project implementation and holds the responsibility of overall operations of Naturol’s Plant at Kakinada. |
